About
introduction
My yoga journey began over a decade ago in my early 20s, when I first came to the practice seeking fitness and stress relief. I admired the strength and grace of my teachers, but from my very first class, I realised yoga offered something much deeper. It became a safe space — offering comfort, healing, and self-discovery — and over time, it has grown into a central part of my life. Yoga has taught me to slow down, tune inward, and live with greater presence, compassion, and authenticity. In 2020, I completed my first 300-hour yoga teacher training and began teaching part-time in Devon, where I grew up. Since then, I’ve completed further trainings in Yin Yoga and an additional 200-hour program. In 2024, I relocated to the beautiful city of Edinburgh and became a fully qualified Swedish massage therapist. These practices complement each other beautifully, allowing me to offer both movement and stillness, strength and softness, physical release and emotional grounding. I’m a genuine human and a busy mum of two, full of imperfections and navigating life’s chaos, yet I bring my true self and authenticity to every class and session, creating a warm, judgment-free space where everyone can feel safe, seen, and supported. I am committed to heart-led, caring teaching — meeting each person exactly where they are while gently encouraging exploration, growth, and presence. Yoga and massage aren’t about perfection; they’re about curiosity, wholeness, and reconnecting with your truest self. I’m still learning — always — and I love inviting others to return home to themselves, again and again, through both yoga and therapeutic touch. Whether you step into a class or onto the massage table, my intention is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported — a space to soften, breathe, laugh, and reconnect with your body, your truth, and your heart. This is my offering: rooted in love, guided by presence, and always evolving.
My offerings
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement in a seamless, rhythmic sequence. Each pose transitions smoothly into the next, creating a moving meditation that builds strength, flexibility, and focus. Rooted in tradition but adaptable to all levels, Vinyasa encourages presence and creativity on the mat — no two classes are ever exactly the same. Whether slow and intentional or energising and strong, Vinyasa invites you to connect breath, body, and soul in a practice that’s as grounding as it is uplifting.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body — such as fascia, ligaments, and joints — through long-held, passive poses. Each posture is typically held for 3–5 minutes (or longer), allowing time to soften, release, and gently open the body. Yin encourages stillness, patience, and deep inward listening, making it a powerful practice for calming the nervous system and restoring balance. Perfect for all levels, Yin Yoga offers a quiet, grounding space to nurture your body and embrace your soul — one breath at a time.
Massage therapy
Massage therapy is a deeply restorative practice that supports the body’s natural ability to heal, release tension, and reset the nervous system. Using a combination of therapeutic Swedish massage techniques, each session is tailored to your unique needs, whether you're seeking relaxation, relief from aches and pains, or emotional release. Through intuitive touch, soothing rhythm, and focused attention, massage creates space for both physical and energetic balance. It’s more than just a treatment — it’s a chance to nurture your body and embrace your soul, returning to a state of ease, connection, and wholeness.
